Join us as a Software Product Marketing Sr. Manager on our Software Product Go-to-Market team. The position is Remote but must reside in either North America or United Kingdom time zones.
What you’ll achieve
As a Software Product Marketing Sr. Manager, you will own and project manage product marketing initiatives, working closely with other members of marketing, sales and product management is.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage a global team responsible for:
- Product Go-to-Market activities
- Long range product planning
- Channel strategy
- Business planning and execution
- Pricing and Promotion strategy and execution
- Marketing campaign planning
- Building and managing sustainable partnerships with 3rd Party Vendors
- Sales enablement, including training, sales incentive plans and creation of sales aids.
- Software launches and offer management across multiple lines of business
- Collaborate with a diverse set of teams across Dell Technologies, including product management, procurement, marketing and sales organization.
- Create high-impact internal and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate the value and unique advantage of our software solutions
- Develop website content to drive sales through clear, high-impact product information
- Develop unique sales awareness campaigns for strategic offers, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams on the launch and promotion of new and existing services
- Understand customer needs and develop strategies to stay ahead of market trends and the competition.
- Identifying products gaps & opportunities based on insights and analysis

Essential Requirements
- 8+ years minimum experience in at least two areas among product, sales, marketing, program or partner management.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Strong understanding of technology industry, markets and trends
- Capability to lead, motivate and influence others to achieve results
- Strong Presentation skills
- Fluent in English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Requirements
- Masters in Business Administration degree
- Software marketing and/or technology industry experience
- People management experience
