Job Description

Product Marketing is the voice of the consumer to Apple and the voice of Apple to the consumer. They are responsible for evolving our customer experience and telling our product story to the world. This critical role sits firmly at the centre of the Europe marketing team, helping to shape the opportunity ahead and analysing country requirements for current and future products.As a product marketing specialist for Analysis and Reporting this person will work alongside the Apple Product Marketing team and support our European launch, momentum and marketing strategies. The role offers opportunity to gain insight across all product categories including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Apple TV and will be deeply involved in the analysis of internal and external data that drives the marketing of those products. This role requires someone of a highly analytical nature, the ability to handle large amounts of data and a highly curious mind. They must be able to collaborate and influence in multi-disciplinary teams and the candidate should be comfortable working in highly confidential, fluid situations where discretion and restricted disclosure are paramount considerations.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Very competent/proficient Excel skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Confident with Apple products
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about technology
  • A good understanding of macOS applications is a strong plus (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
  • A good understanding of Tableau is a strong plus

Description

The Product Marketing Manager - Analysis and Reporting will be tasked with:Working with Finance and Sales Operations teams to define and produce data reporting templatesImproving and standardising reporting tools for senior executivesCapturing and reporting data for the Europe region on a weekly and quarterly basisSupporting the team during new product launches and announcementsCoordinating quarterly marketing reviews between Europe Product Marketing and share with wider marketing teamsAssisting with setup of Apple equipment to support Product Marketing activities as requiredEngaging in a variety of ad-hoc marketing projects, collaborating across core business functionsSpecific interaction with the Services team to help analyse business performance across Apple.Interacting with WW teams to gain further insight into our business
