Power Automate for desktop, is an RPA/DPA application that enables our users to create effortlessly low-code no-code scripts, in order to automate their daily repetitive tasks. It is available as a build-in app in Windows 11 and accessible through the Microsoft store to over 1bln devices.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product feature development end to end and utilize customer/industry insights to influence it.
  • Partner closely with engineering to ensure business impact across the organization and tracking business success criteria and performance metrics.
  • Establish and drive key performance indicators for engagement and growth in online communities and user groups.
  • Champion and advocate for our customers in evolving their experience with Power Automate and ability to use the product to solve business challenges.
  • Use your skills to improve our products to provide value to the customers, based on telemetry, customer feedback and insights gained while supporting them.
  • Represent Microsoft and deliver content at first party, non-disclosure, and community events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set goals, drive regular reporting and analysis, and be accountable for meeting goals.
  • Meet with and strategize with your product and product marketing teams on disclosures and our product release waves ensuring our community members are aware of what is new and in our roadmap and during analyst waves.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

The successful candidate has the following experience (in addition to key attributes above):

  • Proven years of Product/Program Management experience on an end-user facing product.
  • As a member of the product management team, you will use your skills to improve our products to provide value to the customers, based on telemetry, customer feedback and insights gained while supporting them.
  • Bachelor degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate.
  • Background in cloud and enterprise services or applications - part of your role will be building experiences that can connect to and integrate with a variety of Microsoft cloud services and products.
  • Customer-obsessed with the focus to cut through the noise and build what our customers need and not always what they want.
  • Extremely strong Office 365, Microsoft Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
