BCMA Technology is looking for an experienced Product Manager with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership communication skills.  The product manager will have an understanding of technology at a deep level and can interact with the development team to lead the strategy of the product.

On a typical day here is what you will do

  • Provide product vision, create roadmaps, and bring products to life
  • Provide technical product knowledge and specific domain expertise
  • Also explore new ways of improving existing services and products
  • Work with your team to identify and present innovative product solutions
  • Practice data-driven, quick decision making
  • Partner with regional business desks, legal, business unit managers, and compliance to improve cross functional workflows, feeds and reporting.
  • Help coordinate the design (UX) of our applications and facilitate rapid feedback and testing sessions for business stakeholders.
  • Partner with various business lines to prioritize technology efforts, manage tactical projects and implement process improvements.
  • Provide user training, solicit feedback and drive systems adoption.
  • Work with development teams to review product roadmap and requirements
  • Be coordinating the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality
  • Also be expected to develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weakness
  • Lead the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including applications notes, product/release notes, user guides, presentations, and marketing content.

Here is what you bring.

  • You have 8+ years of IT Business Analysis / product management experience
  • You have technical networking background
  • You have the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • You are hands on tools like JIRA and Microsoft Office suite
  • You have strong exposure to Capital Markets domain and understanding of primary asset class
  • You are hands on Product practices and business analysis in an agile environment
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have exceptional stakeholder management, product planning, agile delivery
  • Good to have business understanding of Capital Markets products and Loan / Lending servicing flow
  • Advantage to have some understanding of RDBMS and NoSql Database
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
