The LEGO Group is looking for a Product Manager!

Someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding digital products and can bring their experience and energy to help drive world class digital experiences through user-centric and data-driven product development.As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for optimising the digital shopper experience within a functional area of LEGO.com, working closely with the engineering team and key partners to continually iterate the product to deliver the best possible outcome for our end users and The LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, taking ownership for the value delivery of a specific product area

• Engage with partners and SMEs to conceptualise, assemble and refine the product backlog

• Analyse and interpret user needs and business strategies to define problem statements to build user stories and acceptance criteria with the product team

• Alongside Digital Insights team, define and supervise performance for product team, covering AB testing launch of changes through to ongoing performance

• Provide vision and direction to the product team, clearly communicating objectives and goals to measure success

• Participate and lead where appropriate in the relevant agile ceremonies and ensure availability for the product team day-to-day to answer questions and provide mentorship

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product delivery through development, release and ongoing iteration

• Provide the single point of contact for the product area to all supporting partners and teams

This role will sit in the newly built Product Management team, whose responsibility covers the entire end-to-end customer journey for our direct to customer business across our branded retail stores and LEGO.com. This team is the first part of our transformation into a product-led organisation, and we’re looking to bring in an experienced Product Manager to drive our transformation and deliver outstanding digital experiences for our end users across the globe.

The day to day for the role will be within an agile product team where you’ll play a crucial role in driving user need motivated changes, taking input from all available sources to plan the roadmap (though OKRs) for the product.

Do you have what it takes?

• Proven productct owner / manager experience

• Demonstrated ability working directly within agile product teams

• Outstanding stakeholder management and communications skills

• Relevant product experience in delivering measurable improvements to customer facing digital experiences e.g. websites, apps

• Ability to take multiple sources of insight to frame user problem statements

• High level of comfort in producing end to end user journeys
