About the Role

As part of the Product Team with responsibility for the Norwegian energy and utility market, you will be responsible for defining, promoting and monetizing our digital service offering: market and competitor analysis, marketing strategy, positioning, value proposition, pricing/monetization/business model, promotion, communication for our software solution.
The right candidate(s) can work from any of our offices located in Dale i Sunnfjord, Førde, Lillehammer and Oslo, in Norway or in combination, from home.

Key Responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities can be divided into the following areas.

Product responsibility: 

  • Prepare service offerings for our CIS solution, based on our strategy and together with our sales teams detail out how to position sales and marketing of our products towards the energy and utility market
  • Support customer dialogues and collaborate with our customers’ commercial and technical experts, to deeply understand wants, needs, opportunities and trade-offs
  • Internally, balance technical product roadmaps, production costs, performance, and lifetime trade-offs with all stakeholders
  • Target market opportunities, translate this into a competitive product strategy and align with research & development, delivery organisations and other teams and processes

Market responsibility:

  • Conducting competitive market research across the industry
  • Control the market dialogue and interact with stakeholders, like regulatory offices for the Norwegian energy market.
  • Contribute to products pricing strategy and the functional roadmap of areas of the product.
  • Creating sales and marketing material in dialogue with our sales team of new product features.
  • Present roadmap and new features un demos and customer townhall meetings.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Developing digital products pricing strategy
  • Participating in BID and pre-sales activities when needed
  • Create material for sales and marketing presentations
  • Supporting Account managers with customer meetings and other customer dialogue
  • Supporting with market communication and creation of marked material for EnoroCX
  • Attending market events to promoting EnoroCX

To be successful in the role you should recognize yourself in the following description:

  • Preferably a university degree, either in Engineering or Business or it can also be Product Management education or experience or background in software, cloud services, Energy Industry, CIS- systems, Billing systems.
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience (indirect or direct)
  • Working experience either in Product Management, Product Owner, Project Management, Bids, Sales, Contracts & Legal, Procurement, Engineering or Operations
  • Have experience in working in a multicultural environment (e.g., working in international teams, international projects etc.)
