What will you be doing? 

As part of this function the Mobile Products & Services team is focussed on delivering products that enhance the experience of voice calling & messaging for Vodafone customers. Our biggest product is OneNumber, which allows our customers to share their phone number and mobile plan through their devices.

With a dual reporting line into both the Vodafone Group and Vodafone UK, as the Product Manager you will ensure the overall performance of OneNumber for Vodafone UK.  Working closely with the Global team you will lead the overall integration, launch and in-life management of the product.

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong track record of both delivering and managing products, whilst being technically strong enough to hold their own with our IT & technical teams. As OneNumber runs of SIM technology, the ideal candidate with have some skills and experience in this field (eSIM experience would be beneficial)

Who are we looking for?  

•    Previous experience in product management roles (experience from consumer goods or services (digital/non-digital) company ideal) with good technical understanding
•    Strong experience in E2E customer process journeys/ flows – constantly striving for improvement 
•    The ability to identify and translate customer requirements/insights into product requirements 
•    Sufficiently technical understanding to be able to work with IT & Technical development teams, (eg technical requirements, platforms, infrastructure)  
•    Ability to communicate and engage across the business across all levels of stakeholders 
•    Previous experience working with technical and marketing teams as part of the product integration process
