What will you be doing? 

In this role you'll:
1)    Own the future roadmap for enhancement, optimisation and fixes for financed products (commercially known as Evo). 
2)    Ensure we are compliant with the requirements set out by the FCA for organisations selling regulated products.  You’ll ensure that we adhere to the FCA/ICOBS rules and ensure we have robust governance and controls in place to maintain compliance.  

You will be the champion of the financed product MI data, leading conduct reviews, audit & compliance reviews and collating data for governance forums. You’ll be responsible for reviewing all Evo related customer communications & promotional material. You will work very closely with local segment & product teams to ensure that any new product or activity is compliant.

Who are we looking for?  

•    Previous experience working as a Product Manager in a regulated environment
•    Comfortable with current FCA/ ICOBS rules & ability to keep up to date with new regulatory changes 
•    High customer focus and ability to communicate effectively, inspire and influence.
•    Excellent programme management skills with a can-do attitude
•    Exceptional communication & influencing skills across all levels
•    Experience in a complex, multi-national environment
