• Develop an aspirational vision and strategy for your product, in collaboration with the product team and key customers
• Build an autonomous product team, and promoting a continuous delivery culture passionate about customer outcomes with measurable key results
• Lead product discovery with the team, researchers and wider customers to develop, experiment and tests new insights with customers
• Take ownership of the product backlog and requirement definition, and supporting the team across all key agile events
• Provide feedback to the team in a way that is both positive and meaningful to their growth and personal development
The Campaign Creation & Execution product team enable the LEGO Group’s outbound marketing activities to subscribers across retail and consumer engagement. The team has recently migrated to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, integrating with our internal systems and core data flows to deliver relevant and compelling campaigns to our subscribers.
This is an opportunity for an experienced product manager with a passion for marketing to develop a vision and strategy for this product team, whilst also managing a wide range of customer expectations to prioritise opportunities that deliver against our portfolio objectives and key results.
• You have led hard-working, cross functional agile product-teams, you’re passionate about shipping value to customers
• Launched and maintained products that have successfully solved problems for your customers
• Comfortable with big vision and detail, you can develop product strategy, you can also write acceptance criteria and help the team refine tickets
• Curious, data-driven and passionate about solving customer needs, can synthesise user research, and quantitative data
• Manage change, introduce governance and utilise product frameworks that help teams and partners understand what you’re trying achieve
• Great communicator, you can form effective relationships with customers quickly, can handle demanding stakeholders
