We are looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed and innovative leader to join our Amazon Private Brands team. Our Private Brands offer customers outstanding quality, at great prices and we are looking for a PMT to join the WW Private Brands Catalog Quality team to deliver new experiences that will help customers discover our Private Brands products.

As a Product Manager Technical (PMT), you will own solutions to a large set of customer-facing product catalog issues that influence critical business processes, product discovery and detail page CX. In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering solution to key problems statements across the WW Private Brand catalog in partnership with central technology teams. Responsibilities include collection of business problems from internal stakeholders, build systematic and structured solutions, and own the end to end roll out. You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between stakeholders to develop optimal solutions. You will have end to end ownership - all the way from defining the strategy to measuring metrics to monitoring day to day progress of these programs.
Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver on team roadmap
· Make thoughtful trade-offs among a diverse set of teams and priorities
· Defining strategic, creative, high quality product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
· Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
· Crisply and clearly framing hotly debated and high stakes decisions for senior leadership. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
· Drive product launches including working with other product management team members.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree
· Experience leading the definition, launch and delivery of digital products or product features.
· Capability to contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
· Be able to provide architectural guidance, direction and strong judgment.
· Experience prioritising feature delivery and making intelligent trade-offs to launch a product
· Background contributing to roadmap strategy and definition

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; MBA
· Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
· Experience in delivering Amazon-scale systems
· Experience with technologies like Hadoop, Rules based systems and Machine learning
