We are a customer-centric team, chartered to drive adoption of the best version of Office and the broader Microsoft 365 Apps, by enabling IT Admins confidently adopt ‘monthly safe-velocity’ with Office-as-a-Service and accelerate their end user productivity.

Responsibilities

• Engage with our customers and partner with our research team to deeply understand customer needs, balance their needs with our vision/roadmap to guide the appropriate prioritized engineering investments in Office apps inventory (apps, add-ins, macros, build #s, etc.) of our M65 Apps Admin Center product.
• Reduce management burden on Office ProPlus admins with actionable inventory insights that help them stay secure and minimize variations in their deployment/servicing configurations to simplify their environment over time.
• Modernize on our customers’ approach to managing M365 application compatibility concerns during update rollouts with insights to help them identify their business-critical add-ins (3rd party vs. custom) and macros that need to be monitored for regression.
• Drive scaling up the inventory service across all of Microsoft’s commercial customers while lowering the cost of running the service.
• Develop full functional specifications and work closely with your engineering team to deliver high-quality, compliant business capabilities and product features.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to engage with commercial customers to understand their pain points & needs.
• Demonstrated aptitude to work with data & drive informed decisions.
• Experience in working with telemetry streams and Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of driving impact, influence and collaborating effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering features with cross team dependencies.
• 2+ years of experience in Program Management.
• History of delivering on multiple fronts and juggling responsibilities effectively.
• A bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
