Amazon Private Label Fashion is seeking a Retail Operations & Initiatives Product Manager to define, prioritize, launch, automate and off-shore processes to enable to scale the Private Label business more effectively internationally. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership across the globe, including Sourcing, Product Development, Brand Management, Planning, Business Development, Compliance, Legal, Business Intelligence, and more.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of:
· Earning trust and influencing: Influencing internal and external stakeholders to prioritise our needs in a world of multiple competing priorities.
· Strong written and verbal communication: Document strategy/prioritisation with supporting reasoning, user stories, critical decisions, and SOPs/training.
· Thinking big: Private Label Fashion is part of a family of Private Label businesses. Identify opportunities to build solutions greater than the immediate problem. Understand the difference between what solution the team needs vs. what they say they want.
· Demonstrating sound judgment: Look across different perspectives and business needs, develop a solution that works, move forward. Be able to support your opinions with sound reasoning grounded in the business.
· Program/project management: Build plans with clear objectives, milestones, stakeholders, and metrics. Create centrally-accessible resources and project plans for all stakeholder groups to access to drive clarity across the organization.
· Bias for action and navigating ambiguity: The “right†path is not always clear, and the ideal solution may be farther in the future than the business allows. Do not be afraid to bridge known gaps if necessary.

· Bachelor’s degree
· 4-5 years of experience in product management, consulting, operations, finance, business development, and/or retail, with a history of building processes and systems while delivering results.
· Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
· Thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Quantitative analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Cross-functional project/program/product management skills
· Ability to prioritize, manage, and meet tight deadlines
· MBA
· SQL fluency
· Fashion industry experience
