As a Product Manager for Employee Technology at Adobe, you are passionate about the future of the hybrid workplace and combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills. Hybrid work experiences are becoming the norm and with that we have placed a greater emphasis on our employees' ability to be productive while working securely from anywhere on any device. To excel in this role you will bring a new perspective to identifying the devices, productivity software, work processes and device configurations to allow our workforce to work efficiently from the cloud at all times. Your exceptional communication skills will be in the forefront as you bring to bear and promote Adobe products as primary options for users and act as a liaison in a Customer 0 engagement between our employees and product teams.
Assume responsibility of our Employee Technology product roadmap. This includes collecting and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and roadmap, and working closely with teammates, end users, product teams and support to ensure employee satisfaction goals are met.
Identifying the needs of the customer as you work directly with end users to identify gaps and assess how you can help Adobe employees working from anywhere.
Cultivate close partnerships with Adobe product teams to enable our employees to use our own services and providing feedback that can be used to improve our products.
Analyze device purchasing data and capture end user feedback to ensure that we are identifying device standards that meet the needs for various personas and their workflows.
Optimizing a "cloud-first" ethos within Adobe's device standards and configurations by ensuring that they truly promote flexible workflows, allowing employees to be disconnected from their device.
Demonstrate a passion for learning and innovation within a team excited about delivering equitable employee experience within the broader workplace ecosystem; thinking strategically about technology as it connects to the overall human experience.
