The selected candidate will help support the CSD Business requiring cross functional interactions with our sales, marketing, finance, technology, and business analytics, pricing and contracting teams. This role will also work with the Pharma Account Management team to collaborate new product launches, contractual compliance and ad hoc reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Product Management job family.
• Contributes to analyses supporting product direction, advertising, pricing, budgets, profit and future development plans.
• Identifies opportunities to maximize product/brand exposure and sales and is an advocate and champions of their product's brand.
• May assist, coordinate or lead portions of small/simple projects.
• Completes day-to-day Product Management tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
• Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
• Resolves non-routine issues escalated from team members.
• Note: Product Management roles may include a blend of Product Management/Product Development responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5 to 8 years of experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree
• Working knowledge of Microsoft application software (i.e., Word, Excel, Visio and Project).
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to support a work plan to ensure project success.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong requirements elicitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.
• This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
