Work Location: Work from Home across the United States

 

The primary responsibilities for the Product Management Advisor – Medical Drug Management is to manage and support ongoing product development and management within the Integrated Solutions team, whose focus is medical utilization and specialty management.

 

The Product Management Advisor – Medical Drug Management will support the growth and direction of a product or products, drive enhancements and updates as needed by the program roadmap, interpret and manage compliance requirements and support sales teams in growth and expansion efforts as well as own supporting aspects of the larger product portfolio. The advisor will need to maintain a high level of attention to detail, a broad foundation in data management and analytics, strong presentation and interpersonal skills and will require cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include evaluation and maintenance of current product and client requirements, account team/client questions, supporting validation and delivery of client and internal reporting, product enhancement life cycle management financial and data analysis and competitive intelligence evaluation.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

·         Evaluate and track product roadmap in alignment with team goals and deliverables

·         Support cross-functional teams and their needs around the Product and support model(s)

·         Track and provide updates on client requests, issues and development

·         Procure and produce summary of business and competitive intelligence data as requested

·         Support reporting needs, new and ongoing, to align to product and client requirement

·         Participate and present in internal and client-facing meetings with stakeholders and prospects

·         End to end project management

·         Support Account teams and clients as needed

 

Qualifications 

 

·        Bachelor’s degree required in relevant discipline of Business Management, Finance or other Quantitative fields.

·        4+ years’ experience in Product Development or Product Management, required

·        Healthcare experience & knowledge is a plus

·        Experience in Medical Claims preferred

·        Health Plan, PBM and/or Regulated Markets (Medicare, Medicaid or Health Care Reform) experience preferred

·        SQL or strong Data Analytics knowledge, a plus

·        Strong PC computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills [written and verbal]

·        Must have a high level of organization and interpersonal skills, flexibility to cope with change, and ability to multitask across a variety of assignments

·        Self-starter, able to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously

·        Maintain a high degree of professionalism in cross functional relationships and interpersonal interactions

·        Understanding of a technical product and ability to perform in a fast paced ever changing environment

·        Some occasional travel may be required

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $82,200 - $137,100, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
