Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations
Experience leading operational initiatives
Experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in quantitative or relevant field
10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity/venture capital, corporate strategy, sales operations, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company
Verbal, written communication, and people skills, with proven ability to independently develop and manage executive stakeholder relationships
Objective setting, leadership, and execution of high visibility organization-wide initiatives
Comfort with managing ambiguity and taking a hypothesis-driven approach toward complex, cross-functional problems
Domain expertise in Google Ads

In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams that help drive competitive strategy, new product incubation, and customer intelligence to support the product/Go-To-Market strategy for the Google Customer Solutions business. You will help shape the future of Google’s ad solutions to meet the needs of GCS customers.

Responsibilities
Set the overall direction of PSA’s efforts to accelerate GCS customer needs across the product development lifecycle, from concept to scale, helping shape the Google Ads product roadmap and GCS go-to-market strategy.
Provide a competitive and Go-To-Market perspective to Product and Global Business Organization (GBO) leadership to help shape ad products for the benefit of GCS advertisers, and drive thought leadership on competitive platforms and Google’s market positioning.
Manage the overall operations of the GCS Compete, Product Incubation, and Customer Intelligence teams including stakeholder alignment, opportunity identification, and project prioritization.
Solve problems, find new approaches, and constantly evolve challenges for SMB businesses.
Motivate, coach, and guide team of performing managers and ICs to develop high quality output to drive measurable and meaningful change.
