Product Analyst Unsecured Lending, Wealth and Personal Banking - 0000FY30
Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.
We are currently seeking an individual to join this team in the role of Product Analyst, Unsecured Lending.
The Unsecured Lending team drives all product lifecycle activities and proposition development for personal loans and credit cards, including customer acquisition, customer journey enhancements, product pricing, retention strategies, existing customer management, marketing and portfolio management. You will work on GBP 7bn Personal Loans and GBP 7bn Credit Card portfolios and support over 7m customers with their lending needs. The role is across all RBWM brands, working with wider Banking and Propositions colleagues, Marketing, Digital, Distribution, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, Operations, Global Teams and Card Schemes (Visa and Mastercard).
