Reports to the Pharmacy Producer Relationship Development (PRD) Lead and supports ownership of the Enterprise relationships for the Pharmacy Practice Leaders within the National and Regional Consulting/brokerage firms.  Works closely with the GTM team, Marketing, and the Enterprise PRD team to create and lead a growth and engagement strategy.  Support execution of PRD’s strategy to inform, train, incent and report progress to the firms and producers for aggressive growth targets of Cigna Pharmacy Management (CPM).

Responsibilities:

Top 20 Firm Strategy and Execution

• Develop firm specific Rx strategy with top 20 firms
  • Measured by membership and number of accounts
  • Define and track success metrics
  • Engage, leverage and further add enterprise PRD teams initiatives where synergy exists
  • Represent pharmacy at firm level producer meetings
  • Develop engagement plan including webinar and events
  • Responsible for managing the CPAC program including on site meetings
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationship with key Rx practice leads and business leaders at targeted firms
• Develop and monitor and periodically communicate to internal stakeholders top 20 firm performance
• Liaison with ESI consultant relations team to  leverage insight and collaborate where possible on key firms
• Involvement/oversite on deliverable for producer specific RFIs
• Develop and manage internal GTM producer advisory council
  • Made up of PRD and representatives of 0500 and Select market manager/producer
  • Periodically meet to discuss producer initiatives, current producer news, current trends other topics will benefit all GTM producer folks
  • Review producer activity

Develop Firm Level Partnerships with High Value Firms 

• Further develop existing partnership projects
  • Develop and coordinate update of template ASO contracts
  • Continued enhancement of existing programs i.e. with MMA-USI
• Identify and develop new producer partnership projects
• Work in conjunction with enterprise team to leverage partner programs including incentive programs
• Participate in work groups with product team to develop and enhance tools that support  VOI including PGs

Play Key Role in GTM CI Program

• In conjunction with business operations team lead Rx CI process
• Set up collection process in centralized area for CI information
• Interface with ESI to leverage knowledge across organizations
• Assist in development of segment specific sell against documents
• Leverage producer relationships for marketplace information

Producer Educational and Support (internal/external)

• Assist in conjunction with business partners –marketing/business operations
• Internal educational material, sell against
• External educational material for producers
• Manage CE program leveraging both sale and producer relations team
• Responsible for national firm specific webinars and events
• Represent Rx in key producer meetings/webinars/conferences

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-10 years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree (Master’s or PharmD) preferred
• Business understanding of the PBM industry, insurance and healthcare systems required
• Business understanding of PBM pricing and contracting required
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience with a consulting firm preferred
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. You will need to be fully vaccinated in order to travel & meet the requirements for this position.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
