Corporate Functions Procurement IT Department manage Supplier Risk on a RSA Third Party Management (TPM) platform called Archer. TPM is live across 40 countries meaning Archer is a global SaaS tool hosted internally in UK.

Background

• Corporate Functions Procurement IT Department is in need of a UK Lead IT Project Manager
• HSBC manage Supplier Risk on a RSA Third Party Management platform called Archer
• The lead Project Manager is expected to have a Supplier Risk background with a strong IT Project Management acumen
• Business stakeholders are UK based and the lead would need to understand demand, translate to IT needs and manage end to end delivery with internal IT teams, supporting vendor partners and the RSA themselves where needed
• TPM is live across 40 countries meaning Archer is a global SaaS tool hosted internally in UK

Qualifications

Essential Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement Supplier Risk Management (Business or IT)
• Experience with the RSA Third Party Management platform (Archer)
• A firm SDLC understanding supported by excellent project management skillset including cost management
• Excellent communication skills as leading stakeholder workshops and meetings will be mandatory
• Ability to translate demand to informed packs and able communicate/present strongly to extended stakeholders across business and IT 
• Ability to embed IT controls, practices and embed them into plans
• Understanding on Agile ways of workings and escalating to the Procurement IT Valuestream lead where needed
• Manage a junior offshore Project Manager/Business Analyst to assist the programme
• Core understanding of Agile Methodology and Change Management processes
• Be portable across other Procurement Technology as and when needed

The role will be London based but some travel may be required.
