Location: Mornington Crescent, Greater London House, NW1

Department:  Procurement

Level: Core

Reports to: Head of Procurement – Development and Operations

THE ROLE

The Procurement Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Procurement team. They will produce reports to track the benefits delivered by the wider team as well as providing analytical support to the category teams and their sourcing activities. They will be a key interface between the wider business and the Procurement team, driving compliance to processes and improving ways of working.

ASOS is the UK’s number one fashion and beauty destination, expanding globally at a rapid pace and the Procurement Operations Team are fundamental in the management of Procurement systems, processes, and transactional activities

You will be… 

  • Designing and delivering benefits tracking – cash and cost savings
  • Designing and producing data and reports to support audit requirements and controls
  • Managing datasets to enable self-serve as well as providing analytical support
  • Delivering Procurement team and wider stakeholder training on procurement processes
  • Inputting to the selection, deployment, ongoing management, and training on Procurement systems
  • Managing the new supplier onboarding process to include supplier due diligence & enabling P-card payments where applicable
  • Driving continuous improvement across all procurement processes
  • Responsible for driving & tracking supplier compliance to our ESG needs in support of our Fashion With Integrity strategy

  • Strong analytical skills to provide accurate information using advanced Excel or PowerBI skills.
  • Strong organisational & administrative skills and the ability to juggle many tasks with competing deadlines
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with workload spikes
  • Good systematic thinking and able to translate activities into logical process steps
  • The ability to maintain flexibility, be adaptable and have the tenacity to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships at all levels across the wider business
  • The ability to use their own initiative – a self-starter who can anticipate others’ needs with strong judgment, common sense, discretion, and professional maturity
