Accountabilities:

• Operate, maintain and adjust all processing equipment.
• Perform operator level maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Compliance to safe work rules, good housekeeping & good manufacturing practices.
• Compliance to all relative FSQR and HACCP programs to include documentation, sample retention and accurate, timely data entry.
• Safe and proficient operation of powered hand jacks and other PIT's
• Supporting of other departments as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management

What You Will Need:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance notice
• Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.
• Basic computer skills

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of two years relevant work experience
• Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
• Forklift experience
