Job Description

What will you be doing? 
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Networks, to process, skillset, model, tools.  Support process experts with knowledge on process best practices.
•    Facilitate process design workshops, collect and document the improvements and efficiencies targeted, including expected time and cost benefit; regularly share progress reports.
•    Design simple and efficient processes fit for purpose
•    Help identify and define process metrics and KPIs
 

 

Who are we looking for?  
•    Experience in simplifying and improving processes, relationships and dependencies. 
•    Experience of modelling processes in process management tool, such as Signavio, ARIS, Visio
•    Curious, enthusiastic in improving and enhancing; Comfortable with complexity, with good problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.  Ability to keep focused, gain trust, nurture contribution, and bring groups, and people, to inclusive outcomes.
