Your career as a member of our management development program starts as a process leader, in which some of your assignments will include:

• Identifying opportunities to increase the effectiveness of the transformation process and lead the optimization of these processes.
• Creating, implementing, auditing and coaching on performance improvement programs which impact the daily results and effectiveness of all employees.
• Creating and tracking the completion of detailed continuous improvement plans.
• Participating or leading technical improvement projects.
• Acting as technical support to operations teams, daily.
• Compiling, analyzing and communicating performance data such as effectiveness, line stops, quality defects, to maintain a safe environment and eliminate contamination sources.
• Leading regular performance improvement meetings
• Acting as a facilitator in regard to problem solving skills.
• Supporting development activities for autonomous maintenance and other related continuous improvement programs.

The candidate should have a demonstrated history of the below qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied science or a related technical field
• Leadership / Coaching / Networking in and out of a technical setting
• Technical problem-solving experience
• Team Player / Collaboration / Risk taking / Organization
• Communication written / Oral
• Innovation & Initiative
