Product Analyst

The opportunity

The selected candidate will:

• Successfully execute tasks to agreed schedule, budget and scope using Agile methodologies (Lean, DevOps, Scrum) supporting firms Data objectives.
• Responsible for the end-to-end management of a small to medium-sized product and/or service within a technical area of expertise, ensuring alignment to the organization's product strategy.
• Develops relationships with key business, technical, and client stakeholders to ensure the business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Applies Lean-Agile practices, such built-in quality, Kanban, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Manage external contracts and suppliers, where required.
• Ensures that quality project standards are met as prescribed by EY Technology through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies, and deliverables.

Your key responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership for the entire Product Lifecycle for one or more Technology Products, Hosted Services, or Offerings ("Product").
• Identify improvement areas internally and work closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
• Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Develops the product positioning and contributes to product pricing decisions.
• Seeks the expansion and improvement of existing products in area of expertise to create growth opportunities.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience of working within EY or a similar global Partnership.
• Technology background and experience.
• Has an advanced understanding of product development and delivery frameworks, especially Agile framework, DevOps practices and services.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Be able to communicate feedback to the leadership team to improve and evolve the quality of products
• Certification on Agile Methodology/processes will be an added advantage.

Ideally, you'll also have

• The ability to quickly form strong working relationships with colleagues within and outside India.
• Proven success in defining product features and drive feature execution - from concept to commissioning.
• Solid business acumen, management, and marketing communication skills.
