Want to help us enrich lives the world over? This is an exempt level position. This position will work with the Manager, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) once filled.

Position Summary:

The Process Analyst will comprehend the business objectives, challenges, strategic direction, and technologies by working with stakeholders and other resources, documenting the process and contributing to the development of a solution.

Job Responsibilities:

Apply skills to craft, develop, document, and support. Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and be responsible for the development of those Technical Requirements into code.

  • Participate in the design of automations based on agreed-upon requirements, including inputs, process, outputs, exception paths, and error handling
  • Collaborate with teams and individuals within the business units to understand their needs and translate those needs to BOTs!
  • Build efficient code that includes comprehensive error handling and exception paths and is fully detailed and able to turn over to a Service Delivery team.
  • Provide regular contributions to established knowledge base
  • Consult with organizations on implementation of RPA
  • Desire to follow and contribute to improving standards, guidelines, and leading practices for the team
  • Seek and build relationships with partners to improve delivery, to better understand the work required and to build a positive identity for the RPA Team!
  • A key contributor to the RPA CoP (community of practice)
  • Train users on solutions developed, being open to feedback if solutions do not meet their needs

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the delivery of IT systems; SDLC, scripting, Microsoft tools, basic development tools, languages, and standard methodologies.
  • Confirmed experience designing and deploying RPA solutions to individuals and teams
  • 2+ years developing solutions within a structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong verbal/ written communication, problem-solving, analytical and independent judgment skills
  • Ability to support an environment motivated by customer service and collaboration; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members and partners

Educational Requirements:

  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or another related field of study

Technical Competencies

  • 2+ years developing in a leading RPA tool including but not limited to Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UIPath
