Privileged Access Management Technical SME – Salary £40,000 to £60,000
We have a superb opportunity for a tech-minded proactive IT professional to join our fast-growing Global Cyber Access Security Team in Norwich as a Privileged Access Management – Subject Matter Expert. It's an exciting time for the team as the service is rapidly changing, so you'll have an opportunity to creatively influence the change of this critical service!
Protecting our customers’ data is essential to delivering our commitments to them. This role, within our critical and fast-growing Privileged Access Management team, is a key part our evolving global Cyber Security armory.
You’ll be supporting our CyberArk tool and processes. CyberArk is a highly regarded security tool and is being rolled out across all Aviva markets and key applications. This role will give you the chance to create relationships with global colleagues and develop your technical skills by building knowledge of Aviva's global applications, whilst gaining highly marketable skills and qualifications.
A bit about the job:
Ensure our critical global service is sustainable and secure, investigating and remediating service or security issues as agreed with our customers and suppliers
Superb communication skills and is comfortable dealing with people at all levels from various technologies
A planned, organised approach with tremendous proactivity and initiative
Keep the service running efficiently by looking after incidents and service requests, spotting trends for continuous improvements
Perform user administration in accordance with our Group security standards to ensure that passwords are accessible to appropriately authorised users only
Implement necessary configuration changes to meet the needs of the business without affecting existing production services
Encourage and advise technical support and application management teams to assist in the onboarding of new systems, building the service
Support the evolution of the design, development and maintenance of security standards and controls
Provide out of hours callout and support for change delivery (on a rota basis, approximately 1 week in 4. Standby and callout payments will apply)

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Hold CyberArk Defender & Sentry certifications
Administering and supporting global CyberArk implementations (EPV, PSM, CPM, PTA, PVWA, AIM).
Programming/scripting & Automation (e.g. PowerShell).
Active Directory administration and operations.
Windows & Unix infrastructure support and/or application development.

Salary £40,000 to £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
