Responsibilities

Response and Resolution
• You review highly complex technical issues, engage with executive level customers to drive resolution and work alongside the development/ engineering teams to analyze patterns of problems and influence appropriate product changes.

Readiness
• You understand product roadmaps and develop end-to-end readiness programs for new and existing technologies anticpating future readiness needs.

Product/Process Improvement
• You act as a trusted advisor to the product group/ engineering teams and drive Microsoft product, diagnostic and support process improvements that feature Microsofts competitive differentiation.

Business Integration
• You provide thought leadership to influence strategy when engaging with customers, partners, and other organizations across Microsoft.

Qualifications

Language Qualification
English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years in a customer-facing or support role in a combination of the following: technical escalation support, product support, developer support, IT Devops, IT Admin/support, Systems Development, Consulting or IT/Network Operations.
Strong technical capability and skillset in MW products particularly Teams to address most technically complex, mission critical or politically hot customer issues, and drive ownership of issues through resolution
Demonstrated experience leading customer engagements in politically charged situations.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, and combination of
Experience with writing code, automation.
Experience supporting a product/service.
DevOps experience on an Azure service.
Strong project management skills with thew ability to coordinate and delegate to others.
Be self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity.
Exceptional executive communication skills.
