We are looking for a technologist to join the Enterprise Infrastructure Production support team. In this role, you will provide production support for applications and infrastructure that are part of the Asset Management’s Compliance Risk and Business Operations. Your key partners are the Asset Management Compliance Business, Asset Management Technology and the Trading partners. The Team

The Enterprise Infrastructure Production support is a global (24 x7) diverse team supporting the Production environments for the Asset Management Compliance business in Hong Kong, London and United States.

We are a customer obsessed production support team who continuously look for opportunities to drive efficiencies. We monitor, assess, and mitigate the business impact of production incidents and deploy code changes in production to enables new feature or functionalities. We analyze and fix application & batch issues by working in partnership with the Asset Management Technology teams.

The Expertise You Have

8+ years IT experience

Proven technical background with high degree of comfort with Linux, Oracle databases, networking concepts, and ITSM-based methodologies

You have a solid grasp of AWS! Certification is a plus.

Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS)

Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and Sitescope

Experience with batch scheduling software (e.g. Autosys/Control-M) and ETL processing

Extensive experience with Oracle and PL/SQL

Experience with automated deployment tools & techniques (Concourse, Jenkins, Udeploy)

Familiarity with event driven architecture (e.g. Apache Kafka)

Experience with programing languages such as Python or Java

Advocates for production stability and supportability by working directly with engineering teams to find opportunities for improvements
