The Role

As system analyst on the team, your primary role will be the liaison between our product vision and development team. You will take business requirements and turn them into workable tasks. The ideal candidate would have financial planning working experience and has shown strong record of delivering complex client facing application. They should show ease at making personal connections, be confident in leading and constructively challenging with a dedicated approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

  • 5+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for enterprise technology products and services
  • Demonstration of previous work experience in researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
  • Demonstrable experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, Splunk and APIs
  • Demonstrable experience working with Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Demonstrable experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or related technology field
  • You are deeply effective in written and verbal communications and are dedicated to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.)
  • You are a self-starter who can rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined requirements
  • You understand how technology can automate business processes and can effectively propose, challenge and engage in ideation with business and technology teams in formulating software designs and solutions
  • Assist in identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of problems within the production and nonproduction environment and perform troubleshooting.
  • You are flexible and can adjust your work schedule to accommodate both U.S. and China-based teams and associates
  • Good interpersonal and leadership and influencing skills (without direct authority of others)
