The Customer Experience team within C+E enables Project Services and Workforce management automations for Microsoft CE&S and ISD businesses. Our vision is to provide end to end automated solutions with intuitive and enriching experiences.

 

We are looking for a Principal Engineering Manager at our Noida center who will grow talent, foster team culture, and drive software development & service excellence in our organization. As a member of our growing org, you will play an integral part in making that happen, navigating us into the future and impacting the lives of people all around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and identify solutions for Microsoft CE&S and ISD businesses
  • Be innovative in identifying solutions to routine problems and manual workflows
  • Develop team culture as a diverse, inclusive & collaborative environment
  • Drive product development with focus on quality, usability & performance leveraging data for making decisions
  • Execute operations with emphasis on timely response, delivery & satisfaction for all internal & external stakeholders
  • Partner with peer teams in GCM in leveraging and extending the services and experiences for bigger and broader impact

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills including understanding of object-oriented programming & design, algorithms, database concepts & performance, SQL, No SQL technologies and microservice architecture
  • Experience leading complex software projects over multiple releases covering all stages of the product/service lifecycle
  • Well versed with Agile development methodology
  • Ability to operate and be successful in a highly ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience/exposure to Microsoft technology stack and/or Azure services would be a plus
  • Experience leading high performing, efficient team at scale from both a technical and managerial perspective
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
