Responsibilities

• Managing a team of high-caliber Software Engineers, Data and DL scientists ensuring project development excellence and technical leadership
• Bring clarity, create energy, and drive results – you’ll set a vision, rally the team behind it, and deliver for our customer
• Plan and prioritize work for your team, including collaborating with partner organizations
• Adept with Measurement, KPI and OKR creation and tracking in a software engineering environment 
• Deliver high quality results with full ownership and take the product to the next level
• Own career development of team through active coaching
• Hire, retain and develop talent within the team
• Create a strong team culture of engineering excellence, customer passion, collaboration, diversity & inclusion and growth. And of course, having fun too!

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines  
• 10 or more years of total experience designing, building, and shipping software at scale 
• At least 5 years of team leadership and people management 
• Expertise in building data pipelines ingesting high-volume data and drawing out customer insights
• Excellent design/architecture skills with expertise in leading teams in designing and building modern applications on web
• Expertise in building distributed and highly scalable applications
• Being deeply data driven for decision making  
• Proven track record of recruiting, retaining and engaging top talent
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Proactive and self-motivated, and willingness to solve hard engineering problems
