Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to design and deliver reliable performant media stack, providing hands-on technical leadership
• Ability to collaborate with Hardware architects, Program Management and provide insights into future product development
• Foster an inclusive culture within the team that embraces diversity, growth, and excellence
• Deliver high quality results with full ownership driving innovation and out-of-the-box growth
• Drive clarity, strategy, vision and architecture, quick learning and adapting to customer and stakeholder requirements

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of software development experience
• Candidates must have a track record of leading teams delivering complete, high-quality design and implementation and an aptitude for driving features across divisions and groups
• Experience with multimedia development and working at mid-to-low levels of the software stack

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven skills in product design & implementation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Past experience of multiple ship cycles
