Our team is looking for a Principal Software Engineer with experience in designing, developing and productionizing AI/ML solutions that work in real time.  The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists and product managers to build a product that offers state-of-the-art NLP solutions.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven engineer to join our mission and contribute to the platform to serve AI/ML solutions. Ã¢â‚¬Â¯

Your responsibilities include: 

• Designing and developing solutions that respond in real time,
• Contribute to the design and improvement of our end-to-end platform,
• Productionize and deploy machine learning solutions with high quality and reliability,
• Contribute to the NLP roadmap for Microsoft and Azure Cognitive Services,

Mentor and support more junior members of the team.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Master’s/PhD degree in CS/EE or related fields.
• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Excited to work as part of diverse team and collaborate across geographies.
• Independent, self-driven person with a high sense of accountability. 
• Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written and a great team player.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Familiarity with state-of-the-art NLP models. 
• Experience in architecting, developing, and delivering advanced NLP projects is a strong plus.
• Proven track record on shipping products/services with high quality.
