The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science.
  • Must have minimum of 8-10 year of solution design/development experience.
  • Must have ability to write solid code in Java/Spring, Python, Java script, DB/SQL.
  • Must have ability to perform some light DBA duties.
  • Other languages such as Angular/JS, Go, Scala, C/C++ are strong plus.
  • Experience with design tools such as UML/Visio also strong plus.
  • Proven experience with ML, AI, Data science projects are strong plus.
  • A strong analytical mind set. Ability to cut through vast detail and get to the critical points that makes a difference to the business.
  • Ability to integrate different components, technology together and build solid solution.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver solid results consistently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to provide directions / guidance to junior members of the team.

The Value You Deliver

  • Lead/Participate in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design
  • Writing concise and clear technical specifications based on analysis of complex business requirements
  • Maintaining and supporting development environment while adopting industry standard methodologies and tools
  • Crafting working prototypes and proof of concepts for applications using new concepts and technologies
  • Helping coordinate the delivery of technical components across internal/external technical teams.
  • Working closely with business partners and management team in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development.
  • Participating in development of long-range planning for new projects and facilities.

The Team

The team is responsible for automated testing of healthcare and benefit administration systems. We ensure the system will provide accurate insurance rates, premiums, coverage amount, pre-requisite for the coverage etc. according to the client/state specific requirements. The team will help Fidelity to further drive and accelerate growth in this market space.
