We are looking for an incredible People Manager for the Tax Platforms team. • You will develop deep customer relationships to grow an understanding of unmet, articulated, and unarticulated needs of our global user base.
• You will build and execute the vision meeting or far exceeding industry solutions, while enlisting our partners in that success.
• You will be curious, generate insights from data, and define experiments to validate or invalidate the hypotheses with results that ultimately lead to the right feature and investment decisions.
• You will evolve, articulate, and evangelize the vision and product roadmap to build support for the Digital Transformation approach across our businesses.
• You will define the metrics by which we measure and judge successful outcomes, and you will work with engineering to create sophisticated methods for creating and measuring progress towards those outcomes.
• You will ensure product designs meet compliance, regulatory, accessibility, and external standards.
• You will drive the delivery of those outcomes and evangelize the results within our organization, within our partner organizations, and externally to the industry.
• You will work with User Research and User Design to develop sophisticated consumer grade, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence driven user experiences that support and empower our customers and partners to make decisions and create value and insights.
• You will build and leverage relationships across multiple business and engineering stakeholder teams to drive progress on multiple programs in a matrixed organizational environment.
• You will provide thought leadership on future solution strategy across multiple systems and organizations in response to changes in the global tax landscape.
• You will be hands-on and bring innovative approaches that continuously improve our ability to deliver compelling solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years’ experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Domain knowledge of Indirect Tax, Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing processes.
• Building and launching data products
• Agile practitioner
• Influence without authority
