If so, special clouds team is looking for a product leader who is obsessed with driving a modern engineering system that focuses on industry leading practices and tools to provide autonomous cloud operations. 

Office 365 is expanding presence in Sovereign markets. Cyber-sovereignty is an emerging product area that reflects customer, and in particular government, demand for isolated and controlled cloud environments that continue to yield the manageability and feature benefits of the public cloud.  

We are looking for a strong product leader to help define a vision and road-map for the next generation autonomous cloud systems which enable Office 365 Sovereign and Regulated cloud. The leader will work as part of a cross-functional Azure and Office team to define, design, and build implementation paths for build-out and runtime operations for sovereign clouds. Also, extending investments in the world-wide public cloud.  

Responsibilities

• You are a seasoned people manager -You are a genuine self-starter, who proactively identifies problems, proposes solutions, and drives a team to address them  

• You are open-minded and continuously searching for “Why” behind the data being reported/observed 

• You are a change agent driving cultural change of your team  

• You are strong technically, with a track record of successfully designing and delivering solutions for complex technical problems  

• A university degree (BS or MS) in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent experience is recommended  

• 10+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality software products -Real world experience in driving cloud services 

• Strong written/verbal communication skills
