Key Requirement 

• You are a seasoned people manager -You are a genuine self-starter, who proactively identifies problems, proposes solutions and drives a team to address them â€“ 
• You are open-minded and continuously searching for “Why” behind the data being reported/observed â€“ 
• You are a change agent driving cultural change of your team 
• You are strong technically, with a track record of successfully designing and delivering solutions for complex technical problems 
• A university degree (BS or MS) in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent experience is recommended 

• 10+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality software products -Real world experience in driving mobile app scenarios (experience in productivity scenarios/tools is a bonus) 

-Strong written/verbal communication skills
