Job Description:

In this position you will join Fidelity’s Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit as a member of the Privileged Access Management team.  We are a dynamic, high visibility team that provides a variety of access management services to all of Fidelity’s business units.

The Role

In this role on the Privileged Access Management team, you will design, develop, and support new and improved access management capabilities that meet Fidelity’s stringent cybersecurity policies and requirements.  You’ll administer critical production application environments including implementation of monitoring, upgrades, performance & capacity improvements, certifying disaster readiness, improving CI/CD with process automation, and analyzing key metrics and trends.  We operate in an Agile framework where you’ll have an opportunity to participate in sprint planning to provide prioritization, and realistic and achievable estimates.  You will also contribute towards continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing the efficiency and velocity of the team.

 The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Networking, Information Systems/Science, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of DevOps experience in identity & access management and system or network administration
• Installation and administration of applications on Linux/UNIX platforms (Linux required, Windows a plus)
• Deployment and operation of applications in cloud environments (AWS required, Azure a plus)

• You possess broad identity and access management systems engineering & operations skills
• You administer an application providing interactive credential management such as CyberArk Privileged Access Manager or similar applications from Thycotic, One Identity, Okta
• You administer an application providing noninteractive credential management such as HashiCorp Vault or similar applications from Fortanix, Akeyless, Conjur
• You administer an application providing privilege elevation controls such as Centrify Privilege Elevation or similar applications like BeyondTrust Privilege Elevation / PowerBroker or Thycotic Privilege Manager
• You develop advanced, customized workflows and processes within vendor tools
• You design, automate, and deploy infrastructure in AWS or Azure cloud environments with Ansible, Chef, Jenkins, AWS Cloud Formation Templates, Azure Resource Templates, and Docker/Kubernetes
• You have coding & automation skills (Python, PowerShell, C#) as well as write SQL to query databases
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have demonstrated experience in leading small technical teams

The Team

The Privileged Access Management team is comprised of systems engineers located in the US, Ireland, and India.  We leverage an Agile operating model to install, configure, operate, and maintain a suite of vendor applications providing a multitude of access management capabilities to the firm.
