The Engineering Systems organization in Azure Edge + Platform is looking for a passionate development manager to lead our IDC based development teams. The scale of the Engineering Services team is massive and requires a growth-minded leader to provide support and guidance as new opportunities and challenges are uncovered each day. The Engineering Systems team shapes the experience for Microsoft developers working on Azure and the core OS. We want our developers to be productive, with the right tools to build high-quality and secure products. And we must ensure our critical engineering services themselves are secure and high-quality. We believe in learning through experimentation; in approaching legacy code without fear, but with respect and calculated care; and in perseverance towards ambitious goals while delivering incremental value along the way. In this position, you will be managing multiple technical development teams working as counterparts to peer teams across the globe. You will have opportunities for impact across the entire company, for instance, as it comes to supply chain security, support and innovation of critical Azure and Windows engineering systems processes.
