Responsibilities

The role will require developing deep insights in the specific domains by understanding the customer and market needs working closely with cross functional stakeholders. The GPM will define and drive the OKRs for the product team working with leadership, marketing, planning, and finance teams. The GPM will utilize data-informed, long-term investment thinking to evaluate trade-offs, and prioritizing investments in consultation with cross divisional partners. The GPM will drive teams to evangelize the feature areas they work on with internal and external stakeholders, partners, analysts, and customers. The GPM will orchestrate a line of communication with complex and advanced customers to capture feedback and insights through the product development lifecycle.

Viva being an embedded offering in the flow of work require a lot of integrations and the right candidate shouldn’t be afraid of diving deep into tech details to drive things forward.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Principal Group Program Manager (GPM), to lead a team of program managers to drive the creation and execution of the strategic agenda. The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable dealing with the ambiguity of building new features, has a strong technical mindset to work both with internal development teams and with external developers, is data driven with excellent analytical skills, and has strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate efforts across a large group of stakeholders.
