The Outlook Client end point teams – Desktop and Mobile Web are passionate about this quest and are building innovative Enterprise and Consumer experiences to help customers focus on what’s important in their inbox, to schedule meetings, and unlock larger M365 value through meaningful integration with Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint etc.

 Our team is looking for an experienced full-stack manager to head a new team that we are setting up to build these intelligent and secure productivity experiences.

Responsibilities

• Will be designing and delivering new features that power how people interact with email, Calendar, Address book and M365 suite of Productivity Apps in a secure and compliant manner. 
• Will apply modern UI design principles and ensure the best experience across all applications in the suite 

• Will Work with PM and UX to prototype and ship features on Outlook 
• Will hold a high bar on App performance and bring in best practices to optimize for the same. 
• Drives and influences tech choices across the breadth of the Client Stack 
• Are a thought leader and a change agent 
• Are obsessed about great customer experiences and outcomes 

• Believe technology can be a great enabler

• Are good at creating clarity, generating energy and delivering results 

Qualifications

• Have 12+ years of software design and development experience 
• At least 3+ years experiences of being a people manager 
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline 

• Working experience in online services/large scale systems 
• Working knowledge of a C++ And/OR React JS 
• Have proven track record of forming, mentoring and growing strong engineering teams 
• Have demonstrable experience in architecting and driving implementation of large-scale services or experiences spanning, multiple systems and groups
