Seeking Principal Engineers to lead and deliver high impact projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale best technical design and strategy across multiple countries
• Own the delivery and ensure that key milestones are met delivered and of the highest quality
• Establish various practices for software development
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers, Marketing) to manage progress of deliverables, identifying risks & eliminate the roadblocks
• Coach and upskill junior engineers/ developers to become leaders of the future

Essential

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on coding experience with a track record of delivery, of which 2 years are Engineering Leadership experience
• Proven design and architectural experience in building various highly-scalable and highly-available cloud- based web apps (millions of consumers)
• Strong understanding of the SDLC. Activities including: Analysis, Design,Development, Testing, Deployment and Post-Production Support

Preferred

• Strong people management skills Experience in Product Management and collaborating with Product teams and managers
• Experience in Micro Serviced based development
• Working knowledge in Domain-driven development
• Experience in product-based and/or hyper-growth environment
