Measures:

• Drives sales and future pipeline growth by building new relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Exploiting your network in 2 to 3 targets out of MoJ, HO, HMRC, DEFRA, DfE to generate new opportunities for the Central Government business development team
• Using your own sector knowledge and feedback from customers to expand our range of Central Government customer value propositions, and open doors for broader engagement and where we have most credibility as Capita.
• Improve market positioning of Capita in Central Government
• Create opportunities for growth to enable pull through revenue
• Exceptional client service – build Capita brand, client advocacy and marketplace standing
• Contribute to thought leadership
• Oversee delivery of specific programmes of consultancy work in partnership with clients

Day to day client responsibilities include:

• Ensuring we generate enough opportunities for the Central Government team
• Maintaining and building new relationships and opportunities in Central Government
• Working closely with the Business Development Director and the wider consulting team to generate and exploit opportunities
• Early engagement with Central Government on Service transformation opportunities
• Leading consulting activities to identify opportunity, workshop with clients, develop proposal and pitch to win commissions
• Representing Capita to the clients and initiate a programme of workshops/roundtable/training to push all Capita capabilities
• Building an eco-system with partners and 3rd party vendors
• Identifying client issues and pull through other parts of Capita group
• Feeding into Central Government strategic planning, growth and product strategy
• Providing thought leadership
