About the Role

 The Commercial team are responsible for the overall delivery of the Small Medium Business (SMB) P&L. The team has accountability for Pricing, Trading Performance, Governance, Planning, Commercial and Strategy, Reporting, Insight and Sales Enablement.

What you'll do

 

  • Be responsible for all elements of BAU and trading pricing across Medium Business – Mobile tariffs, products, fixed and DI&A
  • Full ownership of maintaining Handset price-lists for Medium Business and Partner, ensuring pricing is kept up to date, the margin is improved and pricing is completed into the channel
  • Pricing support for the wider SMB team with strategic projects – including tariff refreshes, new product and proposition launches
  • Support the Next Gen B2B project with Pricing expertise, including making pricing changes in CPQ
  • Support in developing the future pricing strategy and models to reflect the best practice and to improve strategic value from pricing
  • Support the Lead Pricing Manager in evaluating Medium and Indirect deals pricing and making recommendations to improve efficiency, value and volume

 

The must-haves

 

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Extensive experience in Pricing and Commercial Roles
  • Experience setting and completing tactical and trading pricing to drive performance
  • Strong Commercial, Financial and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with collaborating closely with various stakeholders

 

The other stuff we're looking for

 

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Pricing experience in B2B mid-market or large enterprise sectors is desirable
  • Working in an agile way
  • Experience in the B2B communications/ technology industry is desirable
