Job Description

At The Coca-Cola Company, our Pricing Coordinator associates are essential to the day-to-day success of our global organization and our valued customers. We’re looking for a candidate that will be responsible for performing and maintaining complex, customer management deal management activities utilizing advanced technical skills and working within an account team setting assisting teammates to deliver value creation for system stakeholders. Candidate will utilize independent judgment on assignments that are often sensitive and highly confidential in nature. We’re looking for someone that can work independently with little or no supervision and is exceptionally well organized, flexible and enjoys challenges.  

 What You’ll Do for Us 

PRICING COORDINATOR:

DemandTec is the customer program system that vendors utilize to enter the appropriate discount/scan needed to support both in store and in ad offers for all promoted packages. 

Each discount will require a separate entry for each Coca-Cola Bottler (i.e.., Coke Northeast, Liberty Metro, Abarta, Consolidated, GC Liberty). 

Some bottlers will require multiple entries based on servicing both deposit and non-deposit states as well as differentiation of brands carried (i.e., w/DP, No DP, Canada Dry, Seagrams).

Trade Points are entered monthly for TPR’s (Cycle) and on a weekly basis for ad events.

Maintain Trade Point tracker with all Trade Points entered weekly/monthly and share in One-Drive.

OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

PiCOS is a company program which requires all Ads and Programs to be entered monthly for bottlers access and execution

Update and maintain weekly ad circulars for customer team

Maintain various departmental database systems and lists (i.e., Weekly Circulars, Deal Tracker, Item Codes/UPC Codes).  

Interface with customers, vendors, agencies and maintain internal and external relationships.  

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and maintain department calendar.  

Process expense reports and invoices.  

The ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.  

Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.  

 Qualifications & Requirements 

High School and some college preferred in Business, Communications, or similar field is ideal.  

2 years of experience in a high-level support role preferred.  

Must possess proven ability to be a resourceful problem-solver.  

Experience in coordinating projects.  

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook   

Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills are needed. 

Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines are needed. 

Experience scheduling travel arrangements and schedule for management  

Support experience in a professional services, sales, or marketing environment  

Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes.
