Job Purpose and Impact
The Pricing Automation Capability Lead is part of the Global Commercial Excellence (CE) organization within our Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) business. The CE organization supports the two business groups of ANH – Cargill Animal Nutrition and Cargill Aqua Nutrition – towards driving up commercial excellence capabilities to increase value creation for our customers and capturing this value through best-in-class pricing.
As the Pricing Automation Capability Lead you will be a member of the Strategic Pricing team within the global CE organization and you will report to the Strategic Pricing Director. You will drive the continuous automation of our Strategic Pricing capabilities with the right fit solutions. You will work closely with the in-market Strategic Pricing teams and business stakeholders to improve automation in the pricing process and thereby drive efficiency and our capabilities to take better and quicker pricing decisions.
Key Accountabilities
- Build capability vision of Strategic Pricing in ANH across process, data & technology (PDT)
- Define capability demands based on Strategic Pricing overall vision
- Translate demands into clear business requirements for future process, data and technology target state in close collaboration with product owner
- Sign-off on business requirements and evangelize on program value and roadmap
- Manage stakeholders and act as main business point of contact for IT and Data teams
- Manage in-market business stakeholders, including Strategic Pricing and MD
- Provide direction for product development to product owner and deployment team
- Build roadmap, program pipeline of businesses and manage business readiness criteria and evaluation
- Align roadmap with cross functional stakeholders and overall IT/PDT roadmaps and build business case for deployments
- Manage program, including setting up program to deploy and sustain pricing automation solutions, setting up and managing program budget, reporting on progress and/or status to steering committee, setting up and reporting key indicators of program success
- Prepare and conduct Steering Committee meetings and facilitate decision making

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Information Technology, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred qualifications
- Proven track record within pricing and deployment of PMO and CPQ software
- Experience with execution on pricing software deployment
- Project experience in integrating pricing software in an SAP ERP and/or HANA scenario
- Experience managing development of smaller scale individually customized pricing tools (e.g. in Excel, Alteryx)
- Demonstrated ability to drive and lead change in complex global organizations with competing priorities
- Strong communication, decision-making and influencing skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders
- Excellent time management, prioritizing and organizational skills
