Job summary
The Amazon Marketplace UK team is looking for a dynamic and analytical leader to join our marketplace business. While the role will report into the Head of Seller Services, the scope of the role spans all product families and programs within the marketplace business. The Pricing and CX Sr. Product Manager (SPM) will own complex projects within the Amazon Marketplace and across many Amazon teams, focused on step-changing CX at scale. You will write and review business cases, develop the roadmap for new tools and approaches, document business requirements and contribute to the feature set from design to release. This position requires an ability create ground-breaking new CX initiatives, gain trust and influence multiple groups of stakeholders to deliver results. You will be expected to lead initiatives, present them to senior leaders and earn trust in a very high visibility role.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving. He/she is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

The Pricing and CX SPM will have several key responsibilities within the UK Marketplace business, including:
· Working closely with Leadership to support planning and business strategy to improve customer experience
· Focusing on the customer, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to deliver optimizations along the customer journey onsite
· Partnering with key stakeholders to define Marketplace CX strategy and high-visibility projects (including development of new tools, features and processes) that enable us to automate, scale, and drive EU/WW impact
· Supporting other marketplace leaders to identify and influence development of new products and services
· Influencing EU/WW tech, BI and programme teams (and their product roadmap) to ensure delivery of a high quality product
· Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders
· Gaining support from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership
· Creating programme goals and related metrics, track progress and navigate obstacles to achieve your objectives

Key job responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Maths, Economics or Computer Science)
· A strong background in category, finance or product management, along with related business experience
· Excellent analytical and data-mining aptitude, coupled with strong Microsoft Excel skills
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to create innovative new programs that generate results
· Proven track record collaborating successfully with internal and external partners
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to deal with ambiguous problems
· Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications / experience:
· MBA or related Master’s degree
· Experience with SQL or willingness to learn
· Experience in consulting and/or retail/consumer products industries
· Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
· Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
