Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively seeking out qualified professionals within the allocated vertical skill discipline •
  • Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data mining.
  • Directing the Specialist Recruiters to ensure that the screening, qualification and assessment of candidates is high quality and follow through for further technical analysis and interview to maintain high standards
  • Business development, continually approaching and engaging new businesses to partner with using a variety of our own processes, technologies and your own sales style. You'll also identify cross-selling leads within your own client base that could be used by other areas of the business.
  • Market mapping with latest news in your vertical; you'll be responsible for a particular specialism and you'll identify any new developments in this area

What we’re looking for:

  • Highly organised, self-motivated individual that is driven by results.
  • Experience of working with technology manufacture, IT consultancies and technology solutions organisations
  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Software Development terminology and languages
  • Track record and evidence of successful individual achievement within contingent and permanent recruitment sales  
  • A natural communicator, comfortable in a client-facing and candidate-facing capacity, but also confident when it comes to expressing your ideas, challenging processes or questioning decisions. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and senior management teams and be involved in key decisions regarding your sector and the business as a whole
