In this role you will help define, build, launch and optimize cross-regional and cross-functional capability uplift, tooling and enablement initiatives. You will own operational cadences, reporting and drive efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms. The key to your success is excellent attention to detail, a strategic mindset and ability to translate strategic priorities into operational mechanisms and delivery initiatives - all whilst bringing the business on the journey.
Reporting to the Head of Engagement EMEA, you will be part of the strategic projects arm to drive long-term strategic initiatives as well as, strategic projects that will address the needs of our customers and accelerate growth of the EMEA business.
This high-profile role requires excellent attention to detail, a strategic mindset and ability to translate strategic priorities into operational mechanisms and delivery initiatives. You will interact with senior leaders, have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience operating in regional roles. You are a hands-on, self-starter that has experience in designing, establishing and launching operational processes, transformation and efficiency programs. You are deeply experienced with program management, co-ordination of multiple initiatives and can lead senior portfolio-level reporting, assessments and brokering agreement, stakeholder buy-in and rapid assessments of risks and change management.

Key job responsibilities

• Embed the EMEA strategic priorities and initiatives into the areas – including tracking KPIs, OKRs, risks and issues.
• Build a set of best practices to replicate across geographies.
• Own the definition, build, development and launch cross-regional and cross-functional capability uplift and delivery programs that embed best practice, efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms.
• Own operational cadences, reporting and drive efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms.
• Run operational activities to stabilize and optimize performance in allocated areas
• Own driving the execution and reporting of the operational KPIs, OKR, Goals and Metrics across areas
• Own the launch, embedding and improvements to team tooling

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands on experience with project management best practices in large projects and multi-stakeholder and multi-geography environments.
• Hands-on experience developing strategic assessments, business writing, identifying and shaping strategic priorities and delivery initiatives.
• Proven ability to create and implement cadences, effective reporting mechanisms and proficiency with data analysis, reporting analysis and risk assessment across scaled/cross-geography teams.
• Demonstrated experience using data to build business cases/case for change and working with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information to senior stakeholders.
• 7+ years program managing complex, large scale, transformation, operations or strategic programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency with data modelling, analysis and reporting.
• Experience with reporting tools e.g. Tableau.
• Experience working in a fast paced technology company
