Job Description Summary
Responsible for financial growth (Commitment, Order (ITO), Convertible Order, CM and Convertible CM, Cash) for the Gas Power product portfolios within Greece and Cyprus. Lead deal negotiations & closure with customers partnering with account manager. Develop winning strategies, to achieve order closure.In this LPB role, you will be expected to build relationships with key customers, drive strong focus on commercial intensity and process simplification while identifying and delivering on opportunities for growth. The role requires leadership skills, strong knowledge of market economics, competitive issues, technology and projects as well as the ability to collaborate with and influence key decision makers.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities• Support Account Manager in developing Account strategies and plan• Map the full Installed Base, ensure outage visibility, participation and outage planning per each unit• Determine / create customer needs solve business problems through consultative approach, develop marketing, sales and strategic business plans and be responsible for the above-mentioned financials metrics as well as targeted market penetration• Work closely with the Gas Power Key Account and Commercial Operations team to deliver a customer-focused strategy representing Gas Power.• Integrate the technical support team, including commercial operations, finance, product support, engineering and others in the implementation of customer strategies• Responsible for customer satisfaction evaluation, plans, and follow through• Own the accuracy of orders, commitment and convertible orders forecast at the regional level• Support the Regional Sales Leader and Commercial Director in the development of region wide customer & product strategies
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a Business or Engineering discipline• Proven sales/commercial experience in the power generation industry and demonstrated leadership experience• Proven track record of sales results• Fluent in English, verbal and written, and Greek
